For the long Labor Day weekend, I wanted to accomplish a few things. First, I did not want to spend the weekend cleaning the house or grading school work. Second, I wanted to spend quality time with all of my boys and take time to enjoy something for me. So far this weekend, I have accomplished all of those things (and I still have a day left)! We enjoyed the last weekend of the pool being open, hiked to Nambe Falls with a picnic lunch, rode our bikes, enjoyed dinner with family friends, and I got to catch up on my blog. My blog got quickly neglected when the calendar read August 1st (actually before that, as August 1st approached my "teacher mode" turned on and "back to school" took over my brain)! I hope everyone enjoys my blog's new "facelift"! : ) I love long weekends with my boys! We did not go anywhere fancy, but enjoyed quality time together enjoying the beautiful weekend weather.
