Four years to the day and even close to the hour, I was in the beginning stages of labor (so I thought). I can remember it as clear as day. Except, I was not in the beginning stages of labor I got to the hospital and I was ready to deliver! Baby Maddox was ready to meet the world and was not going to wait on the doctor to make his appearance. My little Maddy came into this world fast and from that day forward life has stayed on that speed.
February 6th, 2007 at 2:51 a.m. a sweet baby boy was born, Maddox Landon. Our little family of three turned into a even family of four. I can't imagine life without Maddy. He adds so much love and laughter to our family. It is mind boggling to think that Maddox is now four, the age Jaxson was when Maddy was born.
Today, I looked back at pictures of Maddox and Jaxson from four years ago. It was fun to see how little they were and how much they have grown in the past four years. The pictures made my memories flow, sad to think how fast years fly bye, but mostly they made me smile. So tomorrow Maddy will celebrate his fourth birthday with our family of four. One day at a time, quickly turns into 4 years. I thank god for blessing me with the boys in my life and allowing each day to be a new adventure (some more wild than others).
